I know I've read somewhere that the normal breakdown of red blood cells,

yeast and bacteria (both good and bad) can add to the exorphin load. Also,

soy is suspect. If you haven't already, you might want to eliminate soy and

check for yeast and bacteria overgrowth.

So happy you've seen improvement!
