Hi Randy. Thanks for starting the new group. I did

e-mail Dr M a few weeks ago and he responded promptly

with some info. Says he's 60, does all varieties of

WLS, feels the medical facilities where he practices

are very good, did training in both US and England.

All sounded pretty good, though I didn't get any

specifics about the DS. One thing did surprise

me...said to expect to pay appr $12,000 US for the

medical care alone. Maybe I'm mistaken but I thought

someone had quoted $5000 for everything. I have not

ruled out travelling to Brazil for this but am waiting

to get additional info....
