I don't have an answer but am interested in what others say about this.  " Rabbit " is the only type of BM I have and I'm talking years, then on a rare occassin I have a normal.  I thought the " rabbit " was just normal for me.  I've been on the diet 8 months and feel great, stomach pain was a worst sympton and I have no pain at all anymore.

Correct me if I'm wrong (and it would be nice if I were) but is this a flare? Things were going well for me after 3 months and then everything came to a screeching halt and I have rabbit poops now. I went back to intro. Maybe your body didn't like something you ate??

Thanks Carol for the link! I don't have " rabbit " bm.. but was just about to

write up a message asking about what is considered " normal " .

My bm went from once a day to two or three times since I started SCD. And also

the type has changed. Wasn't sure if this was a problem.. but I think its

probably because with SCD I've cut out the fiber I was getting from grains.

My BM's are solid and healthy looking now, but can be a bit thin and in pieces. What causes that?
