Guest guest
If you can't do anything with them, I would cut them up, cook them, and then freeze in portions. They make a good sauce or topping for yogurt when heated up again. PJ > > I got 3 whole pineapples recently! They've finished ripening and now are a beautiful golden color. Guest guest
I love them in smoothies and fresh juices (try pineapple, basil and a 1/4 inch of ginger with some sparkling water...delish!). I don't really like cooked pineapple but I did enjoy the upside down pineapple cake from Raman Prasad's cookbook. Stacey > > I got 3 whole pineapples recently!
