If you can't do anything with them, I would cut them up, cook them, and then

freeze in portions. They make a good sauce or topping for yogurt when heated up

again.

I love them in smoothies and fresh juices (try pineapple, basil and a 1/4 inch

of ginger with some sparkling water...delish!). I don't really like cooked

pineapple but I did enjoy the upside down pineapple cake from Raman Prasad's

cookbook.
