Guest guest
Lee Anne, if this is what you want to do, I am behind you 100%! I think the best thing at this point is to be prepared to stick to your guns when it comes time to talk to Dr. , and try to keep your perspective and not be swayed into thinking that this is your only chance for WLS. If you aren't comfy going forward, stand firm and get the hell out of there and feel GOOD about it. You are loving yourself and respecting yourself BIG TIME. I am so proud of you for being so BRAVE!!! Hugs! Guest guest
Lee Anne, Congrats on making such a tough decision. It must have been an emotional roller coaster for you being thrown such a curve ball just a few days prior to surgery. One of the gifts we have is our instinct...and it sounds like you're going with what your " gut " is telling you to do. You are the customer here, and your physician is your service provider...by telling her what you want, you ensure the future that you have in mind for yourself. Sending you strength for your conversation with your surgeon, and for a making it to the " switched " side! Cheers, Amy S.
