, As far as the raisins I verified with Dole as far as their little

individual boxes, that is the only raisins I have verified so far., and

they are fine - no flour dusting.

Yes, I verify with the manufacturers of products. Miss Robens carries

many of the products that I use and they seem to know what is GFCF, so I

buy from them, plus they list the manufacturers in the back of their

catalog for you to reverify if you want.

All her cake and cookie mix3es she makes are GFCF - no cross

contamination. Her flours are safe too.

As far as contacting a company I just ask to speak with the person who

would know about the ingredients in their products and then ask them the

GFCF status and if there is a risk of cross contamonation. I usually ask

too if they have other GFCF products and could they send me a GFCF list

(most companies only have a GF list and you have to check from there as

far as the casein.). I usually recall in a week or so and see if someone

else answers and ask again. Then after my first 9 months of having my

son on this diet I recalled again. I constantly read all the posts from

members and keep a list of the products mentioned that are a NO-NO.
