Guest guest
You could try cultured butter. THat takes care of the lactose, but it is pretty expensive. Mara > I know butter is considered legal and I get a lot of it in baked goods, on bread, on my steamed veggies etc. And then the other day I saw a list of lactose content in dairy products and it said 0.6% for butter. Should there be a limit to the amount of butter intake? > > I'm looking for a reason to some D and other discomfort right now and haven't found it yet. Could it be the lactose in butter? Just looking for opinions before I go all the way and try cutting it all out :-) > > Gitte from Denmark > CD 30y > OCD 30y > Recovering from cancer treatment > SCD 3y > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
