Happy Birthday Autumn! Sounds like a great day.

Autumn's first birthday!

Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know that Autumn just turned one

today (thursday) and it was a great day! Unfortunatly, due to a

sudden unforseen bad snowstorm here in SW Ohio, most people couln't

make it to her party, but we had fun anyway! She loved her cake but

we had a little problem with her opening the presents. The first one

we gave her was a shake and rattle train and she LOVED it in the

store, but when that box started shaking as she was unwrapping it,

she got scared and had a hard time with the rest. She refused to

look at the train after, like it is some monster! She still won't

touch it.

We decked the house out in pink balloons and she loved it. I've

never been able to do pink before because I have 2 older boys, so I

loved it too!

I posted some pics of her birthday under Autumn, the printed dates on

the pics are wrong, the camera reset and got messed up.

Thanks to everyone for your help these past 5 months I have been

here. It is great to be able to come here and share and actually

have people not only understand, but help. I apprecitate it.

Hi !!

Isn't the snow wonderful this year? LOL We got another 6-8 inches day before

yesterday up here in NE Ohio!! I'm already getting tired of shoveling! LOL

We've really been spoiled by some mild winters the last few years.

We are supposed to get even more snow tomorrow! This is definitly

different than the past years! Yesterdays predicted 'dusting' gave

us 6 or so inches and they predict about that much more tomorrow.

It's snowman time.

It must have been wonderful to watch Autumn celebrate her first

birthday! Cute story about the train present.... Maybe over time

she will forget about her fear and come to love it again....Go

figure!

It was great. I still can't believe she is one. She is such a sweet

little girl, always smiling! I felt pretty bad about the train thing

but at least she had fun with the cake! My oldest son was petrified

of his cake when he turned one. He went hysterical, wouldn't touch

it much less eat it! I felt bad then but now at 6 he loves to watch

the video tape of it and laugh. He thinks it's hillarious. I'm hoping

Autumn will do the same!
