I think you maybe did get a bad moment here. I would call Dr. Hess's office

and tell them you have more questions. They may give you Dr. Hess's number

to call him to ask him more questions. My understanding is that usually Dr.

Oakley talks and talks and talks. I am surprised you felt neglected by him.

Dr. Hess's office tends to keep things " low tech " so I don't think they fax

to insurance companies often. But if you happen to talk to the right person

in the office it may happen.

Carole, I sense your frustration. But I think if you stick with them you may

get a different perspective. There is one person in the office that can give

a bad impression because she can be quite short at times.
