They may give you Dr. Hess's number to call him to ask him more questions. My understanding is that usually Dr. Oakley talks and talks and talks. I am surprised you felt neglected by him. Dr. Hess's office tends to keep things " low tech " so I don't think they fax to insurance companies often. But if you happen to talk to the right person in the office it may happen. Carole, I sense your frustration. But I think if you stick with them you may get a different perspective. There is one person in the office that can give a bad impression because she can be quite short at times.
