As my brother the chef always tells me: FAT IS FLAVOR! Therefore, if fat is removed, sugar (or carbs) is usually substituted to make up for it. Usually anything that has a blazing " FAT FREE!!! " label is loaded with sugar or has more sugar in it than the non-fat-free version. Oh, and I'm talking about processed foods here... Broccoli is low in fat and low in sugar.
