Lisbeth, you're right. Anything significantly low in fat is high in

sugar because - tah-dah - sugar has no fat! As my brother the

chef always tells me: FAT IS FLAVOR! Therefore, if fat is

removed, sugar (or carbs) is usually substituted to make up for

it. Usually anything that has a blazing " FAT FREE!!! " label is

loaded with sugar or has more sugar in it than the non-fat-free

version. Oh, and I'm talking about processed foods here...

Broccoli is low in fat and low in sugar. Bison is lower in fat and

higher in protein than beef, but neither have any carbs. :)
