My consult and update on Sheryle :)

I had my consult on 10/12 with Dr. K in Delano! It went really well, and

I'm very excited. Dr. Keshishian was extremely patient with me as I asked him

about a bizillion questions. (I knew the answer to some, but I wanted to hear

the answers from him). Even though he had other patients waiting, he gave me

the impression he'd sit there for an hour if I needed him to. So rare in a

doctor!! Also, he said that he really wants my husband to meet him before

surgery, which I thought was cool. (Dan was hoping to opt-out of the first part

of the process and come down for the checking-out of the hospital part.)

While I was down there, I visited Sheryle in the hospital. She was switched

10/10, and it went off without a hitch. She said she's sore and tired, but her

spirits are very high. ) She said the hospital was treating her really well,

too. I'm sure she'll have more to tell us all when she gets home.

Just a update on us both... )
