Guest guest
Hi Debby, You said, >How do you mix the Celtic Sea Salt? Does drink a glass >once a day or just a teaspoon? Thanks again Beth........it's >something to think about. It's pretty straight forward, just use half a teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt, juice from a lemon, plus six ounces of water (filtered if available) and mix well. We found with that at first we started with a very diluted solution of salt and lemon for the fist 1-2 weeks as we gradually built up to full strength she became more accustomed. Generally she has one six ounce a day which she sips periodically. On a side note, a couple weeks ago our next door neighbor had the flu that has been going around laying people up for a week or more. I recommended this mixture and after two days she was feeling a lot better (she was sick one day before starting the mixture). She is a believer now and is continuing to drink it as a general health aid. Guest guest
Hi Debby, Please don't get concerned. I have outlined things that should address some of your concerns and questions in my recent post to Jody. The best thing that you could do to feel more comfortable with this is to read Life Without Bread. It does a great job of explaining many of your concerns.
