Toss almond flour with 3/4 of the grated cheese. Add DCCC and stir --

keep it chunky. Add egg and stir again. Turn into buttered casserole,

sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake for about 1/2 hour at 350F.

You can also top with some finely shredded Parmesan or Romano.
