Guest guest
Thanks . I don't know how they figured out the dosing and I can't get a hold of the doc yet due to holidays, all I know is she is about 14 lbs and takes 2.5 ml three times a day. The doc said to do it before each meal but I agree with the doubling up. I don't know. I took her off of it for a few days to see if there is any difference, nothing. She get's weighed at the same time of day, early morning to track weight gain and she's maintaining her norm. So, we'll see. I'm waiting till monday to contact the doc. Thanks! Guest guest
Thanks Jodi. I want to try a higher dosage twice because if 1/2 isn't working twice a day, why would it work 3 times..at least that's what I think. I hope her doc agrees. I am waiting until after the holidays to get a hold of the docs. As for what to feed Autumn I am being told to give her all high fat and calorie food, even to stay away from cheerios because low cal but she eats them well so I give them to her anyways. I try to do either stage 2 baby food, a higher calorie content one, or some table food like spagetti or grilled cheese, then I try yogurt to top her off, now the amounts she takes are not much, but she does eat some! BUt some of the not recommended lower cal foods, like cheerios, are something she'll just snack on and if she'll eat it I will give it to her. Any food ideas you have are appreciated. She's very picky with textures so it's hard to find good food.
