Funny thing is that I don't feel hungry or like I am starving myself.

However, I am going to try to eat more proteins during the day. Right now I

am nibbling on string cheese and have an egg in my bag for a later snack. I

will keep eating proteins and fats and see what happens. I have also

decided that I am no going weigh as much and try not to stress about it. I

am made so many improvements in just a couple of months already. My

heartrate has gone down from 85 to 64 beats per minute and my blood pressure

is slowly coming down and I just generally feel better. I never really had

any major comorbidities, so I know that I am lucky in that sense also. I

also have a beautiful dress that I bought for Christmas last year. It never

really fit well so I never wore it. I tried it on this morning and now I

will have to have it taken in so I can wear it this year. I have to keep

reminding myself of these little successes. :-)

What you wrote, doesn't even sound like enough.

Me, personally, I'd eat more and I'd snack on nuts and peanut butter and

cheese during the day.

I'm not real good at calorie couting, but this can't be over 1000, and don't

think you're absorbing half of that. This is starvation!

Who is your doctor?

Oh, yes, I'd add more fat too.
