Re: nursing assessment at Wood County

I am not getting one of these because I had all my pre-op testing done locally

(Cleve area) except the original blood work and EKG done at Wood County. I

couldn't take off another full day to go all the way out there to do the

testing, and we DO have hospitals in Cleveland! :-) So anyway, they crossed

that out on my paperwork because of that. So, how do I talk to a nurse to get

my questions answered, etc.? maybe I will just call Diagnostics where all my

test results went and ask for them to have a nurse give me an assessment anyway.

As far as the HR dept at work, I work with about 10 people, small office, and my

boss' wife is the HR dept!

I just think I should give them notice NOW so in case anyone else wants

Christmas Holidays off, I've already notified them and then they can make their

decisions about such things, knowing I won't be here to help out.
