Forkin' Foods

Hi all --

My son's county preschool teacher is going to start a new unit at snacktime

so the 3 and 4-year-olds can gain better control of their utensils,

specifically forks. She is pro-diet (after witnessing infractions last

spring, she's sold on GFCF for !), and has asked me to supply her with

a list of GFCF foods that are " forkable. " That way all of the parents, even

non-GFCF, can contribute something to snacktime with no worries of

infractions or cross-contamination issues.

We have ruled out canned fruits, as they are awfully slippery and would be

frustrating for the kids.

I know there is a GFCF Vienna Sausage out there (anyone recall the brand?).

Is there anything else " forkable " that would be available at your regular

grocery store?

Thanks,

BJ
