I need to re-order and this is a great deal, but I won't get it if the quality of the grind is too course. I'm used to getting my almond flour from digestivewellness if anyone has an ideas on comparison between the 2. > > - I've ordered from Honeyville twice and both times the grind has been much more course than I was expecting. It still works fine in recipes, but we've gotten used to everything having the texture of corn bread. When I asked the same question on here several months ago everyone said that they were pleased with the Honeyville product and couldn't believe that mine wasn't super fine. You're the first one I've seen that has had the same question I had. I just started to think that everyone else had a different definition of "course". It's interesting that on my last box it said "Fine Dice", rather than "almond flour". And that's about what it is - finely diced almonds rather than finely ground.
