Guest guest
just a guess but walking etc gets digestion going so maybe it's getting stuff moving while you're still in the chewing stage etc?? total guess but i do better standing - not moving ,but standing -however i do sit anyway (at the computer obviously and eat my meals here) lol eileen > > > > Hi all, > > > > I had the same exact thing for lunch today that I did last night (2 ground beef patties plus steamed green beans, carrots, and peeled zucchini) and last night I was fine. Today I'm at work and ate really fast at my desk, then immediately was cramping/gassy and off to the bathroom (no D, but a little loose). I felt better immediately. > > > > Does anyone else notice that they are sensitive to the speed and manner in which they eat? > > > > > > Lymphocytic (not Ulcerative) colitis 2.5 years > > SCD 2.5 weeks > > 9mg Entocort/day > > 1/2 Imodium/day > > >
