regular grocery store sugar is fine

hersheys baking cocoa is fine

argo cornstarch is fine

Darifree is mail order only in most areas of the country{USA} some HFS do

have it but notmany. Miss robens has it.

Frontier vanilla{HFS} or McCormicks vanilla{grocery store} are both gfcf

Mazola corn oil is gfcf

and for cereals -HFS only -there are some made by maltomeal in regular store

but they have serious crosscontamination issues. We like gorrilla

munch, health vally corn crunch ums, rice crunch ums, natures path corn

flakes-peanut butter panda puffs is gfcf-but we had trouble with

hyperactivity with that one-but it tasted very good and worth a try for you.

puffs avilable at health stores or mail order catalogs? I don't know any of

those names so I am assuming that they are not at my local grocery

store..Thanks again for the information! Take care,

Sue..
