Hey guys, its me again.

First off I want to say that all of you are so supportive and I 100% appreciate the feedback.

I've been nervous inside about this whole experience being that the helmet damaged my son's head by causing unusual and unique ridging in his front skull area--the ortho said he would fabricate a new one. However my husband and I decided that we would cancel and stop treatment to prevent further damage to his head. I feel so depressed because we went in trying to make progress with the flatness, we are now saddened because he wore it less than 20 hours and developed deep indentions in th front area.

I dont know how to handle this with Hanger. They are all such nice kind people but i feel very neglected and left in the cold. Although today when I called the secretary and told her our decision she got the ortho, who is also the practice manager, on the phone right away. I am so disheartened by this b/c for two days i tried reaching out for communication and they finally express immediate concern for my concern. wow. i really trusted them and now i feel so awful.

please give me advice.

melissa from TEXAS.

If you have another option I would ask for a refund. I think 3 weeksfollow up is a bad sign. Sometimes appts are scheduled 3 wks apart, but for a new band I would expect to be seen sooner to make surethings are going okay. We had a follow up after 1 wk for a starband. Our other appt were 2 to 3 wks apart, but that initial check wasimportant. Also if you're already getting the feeling that he's not on top ofthings that is bad. Your baby will be in this band for several monthsand you want to be confident in the person you're working with. Whereare you located? Any feedback in the old messages for this specificoffice/ortho?-christine sydney 2.5 yrs starband grad> >> > > > Hey guys,> > > > My son Seth is nearly 6 months in just one week.
