I think in the files section is a list of products others have found useful.

In this list is what I think is called a " hand held bidget " ??? I think this

is something like you are talking about. It was recommended by " Parson Rae "

who is a pastor from Wisconsin that had surgery about a year ago by Dr.

Welker.

When I had my kids they gave me a squirt bottle to

cleanse the episiotomy with warm water so I am

wondering if this would help in the post-op instead of

using wipes. any thoughts, suggestions?

I think that is an excellent idea, and I know that a number of folks

in the past recommended bring squirt bottles for just that purpose.

Of course, their nurses kept trying to fill em with ice and a straw!

Boy, will that wake you up in the middle of the night!
