My son was operated on at 11 months for this. He still has it somewhat, and

they want to operate again (sometimes takes several operations to correct

this) but I've decided we can manage with it. They cut the muscle that is

connected to the eyeball and then reconnect it where they think it will

pull the eye back to normal.

I was told using an eye patch on the good eye to make the bad one exercise

might help as well as glasses, but the optometrist said that won't do

anything to correct this condition.

As far as a connection to other conditions: your guess is as good as mine.

My family has some obvious neuro issues, as well as apparent celiac issues.
