Guest guest
Hi there, My son has been doing great on the goat yogurt for 18 months now and eats a cup each day. The diet has been fantastic and I've alway had easy access to goat milk. So now there's a chance we might be relocating. If this happens, I'm hoping I can find goat milk without having to travel 100 miles to get it...even considered getting my own goat, but it sounds quite challenging...I don't think I'm up for it. Has anyone with autism had success with transitioning to cow milk yogurt? If not, I'm wondering if goat milk could be frozen and then thawed for yogurt...just a thought....
