Can you have fish like salmon,

mackeral or tinned tuna on the intro diet??

Mark,

If you are talking about canned fish, be sure there is no sauce added.

For the tinned tuna, look for low sodium brand of the water pack tuna.

Regrettably, we must label check for everything -- if the can says that

the fish contains " broth, " it is not legal.

Salmon is a good fish, but may be a little fatty for intro -- some people

do well with fat on intro, and other people do not, so it's generally

best to be cautious in this department.

In general, though, yes, fresh fish and water-pack legal tuna would be

OK.
