Mark, If you are talking about canned fish, be sure there is no sauce added. For the tinned tuna, look for low sodium brand of the water pack tuna. Regrettably, we must label check for everything -- if the can says that the fish contains " broth, " it is not legal. Salmon is a good fish, but may be a little fatty for intro -- some people do well with fat on intro, and other people do not, so it's generally best to be cautious in this department.
