Thank you for this information...I have some squash I will steam and mash today

and I am steaming some pears right now

Will try to do the farmers cheese tomorrow at breakfast with my eggs

Will try the yogurt next week I think..don't want to add too much so that I can

really see any reactions....I actually like the foods that are allowed on this

diet and so far have not had any 'cravings' for the grains!
