OK, as you all know from my gloating, I am thrilled to have cheese

back. But I read that cheese can aggravate candida. I'd like to

know why? Since we eat cheeses that have nearly all the lactose out

of them, is that little bit enough to aggravate candida or is it

something else?

Also, I am about to try yoghurt (though that's no taste treat to

me) Can I make a very little bit, like a cup or a pint? I would want

to start it with just a spoonful, I think, and don't want what I make

to go bad.

Thanks, I didn't realize it would last so long. This sounds like a better

bet, make a quart/liter and see how it goes.

I would want to start it with just a spoonful, I think, and don't want what I make to go bad.Hubby doesn't like yogurt? If he does, you could just make a full batch and he could eat it too. If not, I guess you could just cut the recipe in half or fourths or whatever and have it work fine.
