If you go to gfcfdiet.com they have a list of personal care products

that are gfcf. I use 's and 's. I use Cetaphil for

lotion when needed bc it's the only lotion that doesn't make Jane

scream from " burns " . Toothpaste, I use Tom's of Maine Silly

Strawberry. Detangler, I use Suave in the green bottle, but don't

know if it is gfcf. I only use it about once a month, anyway. That's

about it, I guess.

For toothpaste we use " Childrens Tooth Gel " by Weleda. I get it at a

HFS. It is GFCF, no artificial colors or preservatives, no flouride, no

detergents or foaming agents.
