Guest guest
Someone asked me about herbs. I don't really take any of hte popular herbs like kava or acai. I eat a lot of cinnamon--a lot. I read up on wiki and it sounds like it has the same properties as coumadin? Really interesting and in the UK, it has amounts not to go over per your weight. In the US, our cinnamon is cassia, right? I'm trying to make sure I read it right. I'm cutting it out for a few days anyway. I must be looking for crumbs but anyone who's ever had problems with coumadin or warfarin should read up on using cinnamon as a supplement or eating it daily in maybe higher amounts because you like it.
