Guest guest
I donated my GB to the GB transplant bank in 1988. Never missed it at all. My surgeon would have removed it but it was long gone. There is a high risk of GB disease with a rapid weight loss. With the GB out there is no time lost thinking it is the culprit in the face of abdominal pain. And as I recall, Actigall has been implicated in severe diarrhea. /Seattle > Aren't Gagner and the other NY full lap DS surgeons the only ones (aside > from RNY surgeons, of course) who leave the gall bladder? >
