Thanks for the recipes & tips. My kids need protein snacks too, so I

appreciate all of the ideas!

Here are some ideas for protein loading:

> - Almond breeze - Almond milk

> - Meat puffs (see recipe below)

> - Lunch meats (Boars Head brand) as a snack

> - Shelton Hot Dogs

> - GF CF Chicken Fingers (recipe below)

> - Almond butter/cashew butter sandwhiches on GF CF bread or biscuits

> (Biscuit recipe below)

> - Make muffins with garbonzo bean / garfarva flour - protein!
