Guest guest Posted April 21, 2010 Report Share Posted April 21, 2010 Although I've been a whole/organic food eater for decades, I find now that white bread/cookies/chocolate are easy to digest. Carrot sticks, greens, meat, stir fries - no, no, no! I understand thoroughly that sugar/processed grains do not nourish the body at any level (perhaps psycologically) but I haven't found the resolve to stop eating them (I understand there is a level of addiction involved).
