Baking soda is gfcf, and so is most baking powder. Baking powder often has

other problems, though, like aluminum, and cornstarch, which is a problem

for some. I use Grainfree Baking Powder by Giusto's of San Francisco, which

appears to be similar to(but much cheaper in bulk than) Featherweight (or

is it Featherlight?) from health food stores.
