grapeseed extract, digest ? legal supplements

Called Enzimaedica after purchased " Digest "

then read on the SCD website was illegal, so called

and they found there is an updated list no posted

yet and would email me, but havnt recieved it.

Anyone know of updated legal supplements?

TRy to find what increases healing , decreses bugs

Did try cats claw 2 months ago befor on SCD and found worms(they wernt list on

stool test)

Heard calcium D glucarate could reduce toxic reacts, any try it?

Also zinc carnosine was listed as healing lineing of intestines.

will maybe try them but want to absorb more nutrients, so thought

healing sooner and eating easy to digest would help.
