I don't know quite how to feel today. I got the results of my CT scan. I was told that I have emphysema and I may not have PF at all. If I just have emphysema then it seems like it must be pretty bad when I have to have oxygen 24/7. I am angry because I have been put on these meds that are wreaking havoc on my body. She asked if I had an appointment at the UWMC. I said yes and she wanted to know when. I told her and she said "perfect". So, it seems that they are sure that I have emphysema but they aren't sure about the PF. I guess that I will have to wait until the end of December before I know for sure. I just don't know how I should feel Happy

because I may not have PF or upset because I will die the same way my father and sister did. I'll just have to wait and see what the experts say.Beverley Joy,71, UIP,NSIP
