Hi Pammi, saw your postings this morning so know you are up and about. I

leave for Spain tomorrow. I am so excited! I seem to have gotten through

the emotional stuff and now just looking forward to making it happen. I have

a little bit of last minute running around to do this morning but am

officially on sick leave. I chatted abit with Barbara who AJ passed my email

on to. She is having the surgery the day before me and has already left.

She speaks fluent Spanish so may help us out if we need some. I am starting

to let myself dream about being smaller, healthier and am realizing it is

going to happen. Hope you are doing well. I will see you in a couple of

Hey SHaron--yep I am doing last minute stuff today and Wed. I work Tues and

Thurs. Leaving for my sister's right after work. I feel soo oooo good this

week---incredibly upbeat and positive. I think all the positive

visualization that Jean's book talks about is really helping. I wrote a

quick note to Bobbie, but I think I missed her.

I can't wait to meet you. I will hopefully be to the clinica by late

saturday afternoon and will look for everyone.

Yep, I have been dreaming too---it is wonderful to have a real hope of being

thin again!!!
