Guest guest
Holly, That was me, Janelle, not , but they rhyme so that's better than I usually do with names. I don't have a DAN dr. I would guess maybe 1/4 of us do? What do you all think? Not that I won't some day, but right now, not. I journal everyday. We've been gfcf since July. It is getting easier to narrow down what things bother my daughter once you get into the diet and start limiting the additives, colors, etc. they are eating. I don't think I really noticed a withdrawal. I am sure there was something, it just wasn't horrible enough for me to remember off hand. Have you found www.gfcfdiet.com? I give enzymes if my kids get any " bad foods " , and sometimes when I LET them have " bad foods " , so they do not get " behaviors " most of the time, altho sometimes my son will stim for the next two days after the infraction, but nothing more than that. > Do you all journal everyday?
