Guest guest
Is anyone PF in the mild stage? If so, what symptoms are you having. My 02 runs from 94-97 going lower when I have physical activity. Does that compare with anyone?
Guest guest
Hi Gale, I have not tracked my o2 very well yet. But tonight after .5 hour on a treadmill at 4mi/hr I tried to measure it with a pulse oxmeter I got. By the time it got the measurement I was at 92. And soon went up to 98. My heart rate seemed to come down slow and was above 110 for a few minutes after. I do not find that I am puffing. But I do breath out with effort for two steps then let air in for two as I do mi 2 miles. I feel I have stablized at an ok point. I would not call it mild. Some days I get to swim, The length of the pool is 75 feet. I need to stop afer each length for my heart rate to come down. I do have to puff when I stop. I have to puff when I go up stairs but I always move with a purpose. I hope this helps, Luke > > Is anyone PF in the mild stage? If so, what symptoms are you having.
