Those things are all good for you. And so is cinnamon!Being a pastry lover, and cinnamon lover, and pecan lover, and almond flour lover ... (you get the picture), I'm going to try this ASAP.nP.S. You asked about a cinnamon BUN recipe. It seems to me that a person could create cinnamon rolls out of this recipe simply by puttng the dough into a round pan in dollops of whatever size you want your "rolls" to be. And when you add the topping, do it also to those individual dollops instead of spreading it out across the whole top without "lines." ______________________________A funny, touching gift book for cat lovers. Guest guest
Yes! http://heal-balance-live.blogspot.com/2009/07/recipe-review-wendys-cinnamon-roll\ s.html It's probably so phenomenally bad for you but I did a taste test with my non SCD friends with this and Elana's Cinnamon muffins. The muffins were good (and I'm sure better for you) but this one was the clear winner. It was GONE quite quickly. The only problem we had with it is that the top *really* hardens if it sits too long. But hey, that's didn't stop anyone from ripping it apart and chowing down. Shoot. Now I'm going to have to make those again! Guest guest
I made 's Cinnamon Rolls today. Awesome! I used pecan flour instead of almond flour though. This would make an excellent topping for apple crisp too.
