They bring their own equipment... but they have

to be able to find the counters, the stove, and the oven! <

A friend of mine was given as a Christmas present a chef to come

prepare a special meal for the family. Not only did he require being

able to find the appliances, he required that the counters be

absolutely bare! I guess so he could spread out all over! And an

empty dishwasher, etc, as well.

I don't EVEN want to think what would happen when someone slams the

refrigerator door and the whole lot comes crashing down....

Yes, well -- I don't have a working dishwasher.

It's now roll-out storage for all my baking pans

and trays! (And if I did get around to fixing the

dishwasher, I'm scorched if I know where I'd

Sounds like a friend of mine. They use their

dishwasher as a drying rack. Especially for

canning jars (in season). Whatever works!

But maybe you won't be able to have that personal chef for awhile yet.
