Leah, you don't have to miss these foods! Cheeseburgers and pizza are

perfectly good food for DS post-ops. When you feel comfortable trying

them, there's no reason in the world not to reintroduce them into your

food repertoire. :-) As for soda, full-sugar isn't advisable, but

there's no reason not to drink sugar-free soda pop as long as it doesn't

cause any GI distress.

Dear Leah.

Hang in there! This too shall pass. At over 7 months out I am eating most

anything and everything i want. Although not near as much of it as I used

tooo. But I do not feel cheated at all! You will be there before you know

it. Seems like my surgery was just last week!
