Guest guest
Oh Judie and Lisbeth - I bought my first pair of thong undies. I wore them to the Ren Fair and they really weren't too bad. I was concerned that they'd leave me feeling like I needed to " dig " something out all day -- but they really didn't. However, when I got home and was undressing, I realized I had been wearing them SIDEWAYS all day long -- ie., i had one leg in the leg hole and one in the waist and the other leg hold was around the waist. LOL So, I'm thinking wearing them the proper way would definitely not be too bad -- will have to give them another try. Guest guest
OH Kris, I swear I spit out my lemonade as I read that! With my expertise, I kinda figure I'd put em on backwards! My goal is to wear some " real " bikini underwear...not just the regular ones that slip below yer gut! Laughing, Theresa > Oh Judie and Lisbeth - > > I bought my first pair of thong undies. Guest guest
It depends on your Health Net coverage. You may actually have an easier time with medical... I don't know. My problem with Health Net HMO is that the Medical group I selected will not approve the DS surgery... so Health Net will not overturn this decision in an appeal. I don't know how health net senior plus works, but my guess is you may have the same problem. You might try to find out if your medical group has ever referred someone for the DS surgery... Or, short of that... find out what hospital they contract with. My medical group contracts with UCLA... who only does the RNY. The one thing that I don't understand of why Health Net could deny me, is in their manual of acceptable health care (for physicians), they list the biliopancreatic diversion as their first choice of surgery for WLS. Since the surgery you and I are looking for is the biliopancreatic diversion with DS, I am confused. Well, good luck.... hope that helped. BTW, when I appealed to Health Net, I did not understand that I only received ONE appeal. That's it. And since I called their Appeals and Grievances Department, that was my entire appeal. I did not get to submit anything else. Please do not make my mistake.
