Guest guest
Tamra, Cabbage juice is probably advanced, but the stages are flexible in the sense that if you can tolerate it, and it is something you need, then go for it. After taking antibiotics six months ago, I went to the lower stages for months, and I'm just going more advanced. I took cabbage juice throughout, though, because my stomach was so messed up. I, too, felt it was key to helping me heal whatever the stomach issue was. I mixed mine with various vegi's, including carrots and beets, for a savory blend, or with a green apple, parsely and ginger for a sweeter blend. The naseau can be sign of die-off and it can last a while, but it will get better as far as frequency and intensity goes. Hang in there!!
