This isn't about the DS, but I do need someone's help....

Does anyone know the department in California that I would complain to about

a home health agency? Home Tech is supposed to supply me with some titrated

oxygen so I can walk and breathe at the same time However, in spite of

having the order for me to receive it since October 11, they have not come

out. They keep saying that they are going to come... and then they don't.

Then, they say, " you have liquid oxygen... so you don't need it! " (They

have an error in their files that I have liquid oxygen... which I don't!)

Anyway, after multiple calls I am sick of trying to deal with their rude

personnel and their lying about coming when they don't. I do plan to

complain to Health Net tomorrow about them... but I want to complain to

whoever does oversight for " home health " in California.

So, if you know the name of the government body for this, I would appreciate

it. If you have an address/phone number/email address, I would be really

grateful.

Elle, I'll call DHS, the Department of Health Services. They handle

stuff like this.
