True I'm using hospice right now but am not bed ridden. In fact I intent on going to Church this next Sunday (All Christmas music form our Choir) I told my hubby to roll me out in Jammie's if necessary but get me there. "he will"I know this disease is a monster and so hard to wrap your mind an life around but remember you are not going to die tomorrow. LIVE your life to the fullest. There is so much you can do..All I can think of that restricted me was stairs long walks. Shopping..sooo I use their scooters and have for probably 7 or 8 years. I am sure I had this disease long before diagnoses. I use a wheel chair to go and do go. not as much as I would like but my hubby would take me anywhere I want.. I want to tell you something. I am NOT afraid of this disease or of death, not that I want to do it either but we all must do it at sometime. I have a very deep faith in a loving God and KNOW where I am going for eternity. This disease is such a spirit killer that it is hard to come to understand that you can have a wonderful life.Your attitude will bring you a LONG way.Do something everyday that makes you laugh or smile. Share things with your loved ones. And Play music... sing sing sing.. one breath at a time of corse but sing.. no I can not carry a tune but is blessed to get to hear me.. makes me happy and trust me "ITS ALL ABOUT YOU"God Bless YOU with peace and strength for the battle. We're always here.. Love & PrayersPeggy, Florida IPF 2004
