minimum time on cooked food?

Absent of symptoms, does it matter how early one introduces raw fruits and vegetables? (Initially in small amounts.) I just ask since I wonder if there is a minimum time one needs to cook and peel everything. If one is feeling great after just a couple of weeks and tries a bite of raw _____ (insert fruit or veg. of choice), and experiences no symptoms, then that food would be fine to include raw in small amounts, gradually increasing, would it not?Just wanting to know - I don't want to mess up on this diet and have to start all over, we all know how restricted the early stages are!Thank you!Amy
