Guest guest
Is cococnut oil meant to be hard coz i bought some from a health shop and its pure coconut oil but its rock hard had to u use a knife and a spoon took me 5 minutes to get as much of a teaspoon to add to my smoothie today... It depends entirely on temperature. When we were in Tahiti decades ago bottles of coconut oil were as fluid and liquid an oil as you would ever see. I live in the northwest and it's hard as a brick in my cupboard! (Well, last summer when we had a record heat wave of 90-106, it did liquidize.) No problem, you just may need to heat it slightly to make it liquid.
