I've been hearing a lot about teff flour. I've been using sorghum flour

(with rice, tapioca & potato starches) and have been very pleased with

the results. What does teff taste like? I tried soy and garbanzo bean

flours and really didn't like them at all and I'm trying to avoid another

costly mistake. Any help would be appreciated.
