The Health Valley Corn Crunch-Ems are on the gfcfdiet acceptable list so they

must be gfcf.

I am putting together a trail mix/ chex mix for my son who is GFCF, rice

and potato free. Does anyone know if Health Valley Corn Crunch-Ems

cereal is GFCF? Ingredients: milled yellow corn, corn bran, evaporated

cane juice, salt, natural vitamin E.

Also, I found a great tasting snack at the whole foods store that I am

hoping is GFCF. The ingredients look good. They are Grandpa Po's Nutra

Nuts. Ingredients: organic popcorn, organic soybeans, organic honey,

expeller-pressed hi-oleic canola oil, sea salt, and a sense of humor.

(no kidding, that's what it says).

If these work then my chex mix will consist of the Corn Crunch-Ems, Nutra

Nuts, and raisins.
