Guest guest
Someone posted they had both types of lecithin. Where did you get the egg type? I found liquid lecithin at WF yesterday. My mother lost a lot of weight in the 1870's with green lecithin. (I just remember the green part). When she saw my bottle, she was tickled to death. But from what I understand, it's not the same as the type they used to use to mix in smoothies, etc. to lose weight. Supposed to be very healthy, etc. etc. So now I need to find the real lecithin because I'm not sure she should be drinking the liquid lecithin. Does anyone know if it has the same results as the old time lecithin? I just got it to emulsify certain dressings. Also, does anyone know if it needs to be refrigerated to keep long-term? Did you use a syringe to get a drop or just a spoon and eyeball it? ;-) Thanks, Debbie 41 cd

I used a spoon or just poured a bit that looked like the amount I was after (not very scientific, I know).
Guest guest
I found these little spoons at Rice that are a 'dash, a hint and a pinch' but if it's that thick, I'll probably use a spoon. I have the spices ready. Going to make hurricane dressing today. Add lemon to it. I wanted to let this 'spell' pass first so I don't get turned around on it. So I'll save the extra LDN syringe for something else lol. Thanks!
